Toh woh 50-60000 cr ka loan leke, usko legal tarike se personal account mein divert karke, bankrupcty file karke aram se luxury mein reh sakta hai. But company aur owner ke accounts clear hone chahiye, aisa lagna chahiye ki company mein fraud nahi hua hai, bus company ka time kharab tha. Aur owner ko jo paise mile hai uska bhi hisab dena padega.
