Cleared Level 1 Feb 2024. Thought I had to thank you for the videos. Although there has been change in sylabus but many of the topics in FSA are the same. I just had to analyse what is in the sylabus and what is not. After that I just went through the videos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for these. Please make crash course for L2 as well. I began watching these videos in the last week of October 2024. I was very unprepared at this stage and did not understand very basic concepts. I would have probably scored less than 10% in a mock exam. I have just received a 90th percentile pass for November 2024 exams, with a confident above 70% score in each of the ten areas. It is not recommended, but it is very possible to pass this exam with very little study time as long as you are efficient. I went on lots of walks with Utkarsh playing double speed in my ear. When I got home I worked my way through as many question bank questions as possible. I took a week off before the exam which helped. I was an alcoholic during this time too and did almost all of my questions with a glass of wine, usually drinking a bottle or more a day. The night before the exam I had probably 8 pints of 5%ish beer. All I'm saying is if I passed with a good score then anyone can. I was finished the AM and PM sessions within about 60 minutes each. I left both sessions early with over an hour left on the clock. I come from an IT background and don't have finance experience other than personal interest. Believe in yourself and you will pass this exam. Utkarsh was legendary in helping me get there. I strongly doubt I'd have passed without him.

a month is enough to do this. I would suggest buying the practice pack from CFAI. Do all of the questions. For the 7 mock exams I just picked A for every answer and then went to the review stage and worked through them like normal questions. I flagged any questions I didn't know the answer and did them again. Timed mocks are not valuable if you are poor for time. Just use them as an extra question bank. I didn't do a single exam condition mock and had over an hour left on both exam sessions.

I was an enrolled fintree course student for cfa level 1. Utkarsh sir's way of teaching made even the most difficult concepts easy to grasp. And all the tricks and shortcuts for numericals worked wonders for me. Lastly, juicenotes and crash course combo was the best revision one could get just before the exams. Hi Utkarsh, just gave my lv1 exam yesterday, your crash course videos of the last 3 years are still mostly relevant. Maybe not 100% but yes since there have been a lot of changes in the last 2 years. I would say around 60-70% relevance to current curriculum. I just want to thank you for putting out these on KZbin, The paper was easier than expected, some questions were really tricky though. Your teaching style is just on point, easy to grasp I am glad I came across this, can't thank you enough!❤ Edit - Results just came out and I passed, just missed the 90%ile mark.

@@keshavgoel11 Hi keshav, if you are running out of time. Apart from this, I would recommend finishing Cfa website questions twice. Should hardly take 2 weeks. This crash course doesn't contain 30% of the new content, be thorough in that from Kaplan(since you are already using). Aim for 70+ accuracy in website questions. For ethics specially do all examples from the CFA curriculum

Hello sir, I just have a query in the DEPS example at 5:38:19 while calculating BEPS why didn't we make preference dividend 9600 as per tax rate of 20% , we took the whole 12000

@@sanjana406 No!! This helps in the last 10 days of your revision before the exam. Finish your questions and final readings from your material and then come to this. Try the 2nd mock after going through this material. That's what I did. All the best Sanjana.

I took classes with one teacher but I have no confidence to appear in CFA exam. I was totally hopeless but fortunately I found fintree on KZbin and frequently followed fintree crash courses. Then my expectations level improve from ground level to sky as a reasult I cracked CFA L1 exam. In utkarsha sir's those videos actually changed the life of thousands students, like me other many student,s live,career has been changed. I found these videos are so helpful in revision time. I first watched these nice videos and then started to penetrate into core reading from schweser. I passed L1 in just short time, reason is fintree no doubt. Iam very very thankful with fintree n utkarsha sir.
