its such a delightful contrast, in what she's singing and how she's singing it. i havent listened much to the lyrics before, though i've listened to it intensely for a hundred times. until now the music and *how* they sing has made me swoon, but MAN its just great in all ways now

Infinitely better than the original. That’s not to say the original is bad, it’s just very “of-its-time” - Feels so reminiscent of other coffee shop & singer/songwriter music from that time. This is just so incredibly raw and emotional. I absolutely love it.

@@bodyofhope She was the only reason I didn't turn off pop music for good. I was a couple days into listening exclusively to classical and the guy painting our place started playing her CD. I heard her voice and thought "oooooh boy. This is going to be a problem". She's been the most enduring musical presence in my life since that moment. I appreciate countless artists and they take up plenty of headspace but every few months I go back to her and she dominates a day, a week or few. I really hope she's continuing her creative work and will release something much sooner than later. I'm with you. I miss hearing new material. I miss her.

This thing here, is so... sort of... soothing ....cause you're not yelling in your dreams :) you're throwing glances and singing in public. And Fiona gets to laugh . And not care. Like girls do. It's sort of like...sanity..... except for Andrew. He went for the "seeds and plantations" picture..... That girl is always right, just so you know.
