Add Missing Odata Services

If we do have that service not activated, how come it allowed to add the meta data service IWSG?

Good question actually sometimes you might have added the service to the role and later while transporting there are cases where odata services will not be moved/activated or there might be missing system alias etc.. at that time you will face these issues....
