An elected representative to assembly or Parliament should be a public servant working in a Govt office, he or she should come under general law of disqualification in case an FIR was filed or he or she was jailed even for a single day. Supreme Court should convict such cases without giving an benefit.

नए बार कॉन्सिल की रूलिंग और सुप्रीम कोर्ट या अन्य कोई कानून के अनुसार कोई व्यक्ति LLB की पढ़ाई कर सकता है जबकि उस पर न्यायालय में क्रिमिनल बाद लंबित हो साथ ही उसको अपनी पिछली study करेक्टर certificate भी संदिग्ध हो । कृपा इस विषय पर भी एक वीडियो बनाए । और रिप्लाई भी करें धन्यवाद

Untill and unless proven guilty he/she shouldn't be stopped from joining any govt job... Even if case is running for any duration! Second thing, In serious/hineous crimes settlement can't be done...but in other offences it shouldn't be a problem but it depends upon the departmental inquiry and descretion, if it finds that the candidate has done settlement for some crime which he has actually committed!

Sir I’m a law student and your videos are really very helpful. But I have a doubt why a person gets arrested in non bailable offences on the basis of FIR when that person is not convicted yet? Is it not the violation of fundamental rights of that person?
