Hello. I am from North East. I ordered some items for my store from Delhi. The order wasn't delivered. When I asked for refund they keep saying g tomorrow or next week. This has been going on for 3 months. Is there any way to take any legal action against them?

I don't know a lot in these case but I am pretty sure if you have evidence that it didn't arrive and you didn't get a refund you can file a case to consumer forum. In case of refunds my friends filed a case to consumer forum and he got the refund in a week. Of course if you have records of online purchase you should go to consumer forum. Please google to learn more for your state
