Completely agree. I'll be honest I lost track of having fun. That's what makes the process more enjoyable. Thanks Firas for the gems!!!

I agree so much about the having fun part. This is so overlooked many times and transferes into many party of life outside of fighting and sports. If you don't enjoy / love what you do, you probably won't do it consistently / become really good at it.

Faras is a wise wise man... All the philosophy and information he says is so useful nothing that comes out of his mouth is a waste of breath. And the craziest thing about everything is everything hes saying is not just for fighting. You can use it in your everyday life. Its a lifestyle

Man, I needed this video! I'm about to take off to Thailand for my first time for Muay Thai. I've gone from doing 80 work weeks to a day or two a week to train instead. And I love the balance, but lately with the decision to go the next step overseas I've had so many doubts that I guess come from the fear my brain produces naturally to seek safety and reject change, I'm just telling them to shut up lol, I feel I'm not at all ready, which to me, that tells me the decision is big and good so let's do it. But these vids are great!

It's funny how yesterday common sense, is today's wisdom. Lol.. People never heard of the best ever to do it, Fedor Emilianenko? He is the prime example of Having God, Family, and self Respect and Honor before UFC's money.
