Somebody started it. No lightning. They were hoping the wind kept up. Everyone near should be interviewed.

I called it sitting in my car. The weather was perfect the wind was up but died down. They are trying to burn down boulder especially s boulder... Need more student and so called affordable housing. Aka tantra lake apartments which is owned by Boulder housing partners. They bought it an renovated it. The open space beside it has been on the chopping block for a while now. They want more government subsidies. Boulder is a welfare city socialist
