In addition to the high risk of new wildfires, seismic activity is also increasing in this area. In January this year, there have already been 3 earthquakes along the San Andreas Fault, right off the west coast of San Francisco. These events could be signals of a future destructive earthquake along the San Andreas Fault in the coming years.
