I kind of just paired these two in my first play through. Never gave it much thought, I just said, "Lissa, you can marry, uhhh, Donnel!" Needless to say, Owain became a beast. Especially with a Luck stat of 51 and access to Armsthrift. I gave him all forged weapons and Regalias, and he destroyed everything that crossed his path.

With this matchup, Owain can inherit Donny’s Aptitude and Lisa’s Galeforce (since it’s possible to reclassify her to a Pegasus Knight and then a Dark Flier). On top of that, both of them have massive luck, which they pass down to Owain. Owain can reclass to a mercenary to take advantage of that luck with Armsthrift, thus giving him infinite uses of any weapon. Oh, and Owain can become an Assassin and a Swordsmaster for Lethality and Astra. OWAIN TRULY HAS THE BLOOD OF HEROES

@@CrasherX2000 Children inherit the last skill on their parents' lists. You can rearrange their skills in "equip skills." Make sure to rearrange their skills before entering the paralogue to get the kids.

@@CrasherX2000 You have to Reclass Nah into a villager to get aptitude. After that you can reclass them again to get the skills you like

Great Naga I had a LOT of patience to do this. Word of advice: it is NOT easy especially if you’re doing so before you upgrade Lissa to a class where she can properly fight back. I mainly just did it because Donnel is basically a parody/pastiche of the “farm boy fantasy hero” archetype so marrying a princess would be a very fitting end to his arc and it would make some sense since they seem to be relatively close in age anyway.

@@cjvs1604 that Brady suffers from poor phisicalbstat mods. Lissa has mediocre phisical growths and caps compared to Maribelle's terrible ones, meaning while a donnel Brady is mediocre all round exept for luck owain actually gets nice phisical stats.

My guesses on what caused Lissa's unholy face...: 1) Tharja placed a hex on Lissa just to mess with Donnel. (Probably revenge for Donnel returning Tharja's tomes in a worse shape than when he borrowed it from an earlier incident.) 2) Ricken unwittingly engaged to a make-out session with Anna. (He thought that asking Anna for some potion making advice would be helpful. He got more than what he bargained for.) 3) Lissa finds out that Sully is the main chef tonight. (with a produce-carrying Lon'qu and Stahl not far behind, with worried looks in their eyes.) 4) Lissa seeing Frederick's face devoid of emotion and life, with BBQ sauce around his lips. (Probably ate bear meat.)

Though her dream is to eventually be a proper "lady" which she does become in Lucina's Future. Lissa is also the only confirmed First Gen to still be alive in Lucina's Timeline.
