Other than Rosado, panette is one of my favorite engage characters and she works really well with ike , I made her a wolf rider so her dex growth is higher

My personal hard mode Panette build is to reclass her to Warrior. Equip the Lief emblem so she has both vantage+ and adaptability by default. In her inherited slots I put Wrath and hit +20 at least. Adaptability will auto equip bows for long range and close range will auto equip killer axe for 100% crits. Hold out can save you in a pinch but relying on it is sketchy. Wrath tops out at 30 hp lost anyway so no need to allow her to get any lower than half hp.

All she really needs is a killer axe with Lyn's engrave to boost it's crit rate, higher hit rates, and allows her to double and that was basically it. Ike just make her even more broken.

​@@renegaderaven3777Adaptability can mess you up because it prioritizes Weapon triangle over some other important factors. But you can leave Leif at Bond level 9 or lower to lock him out of his bad weapons. Then you'll probably want Hold Out or Food surge though because setting up base vantage without them can be tricky

Which Veronica skill? I have Veronica. People seem more excited about her SP Per Kill which you can farm infinite SP with on infinite respawn missions.

I think I remember a discussion about replacing Wrath with that. "If unit’s HP is not full, adds 30% of lost HP to Atk". No limit is cited so by my understanding at 1 HP this high HP Panette would have about 100 Ph Atk. Swapping Roy out loses you Vantage though so you lose some safety.

My reprisal, wrath, hector panette soloed the whole story so shes great. I was playing on easy anyway so i jusy went for the funniest build i could get. 350 crit is funny

Apart from a +10 emblem bonus, nothing special? Panette has good HP in this class.

@King-X The problem ist her hitrate. On Maddening mode opponents towards the end of the game have Max stats. Which for example means that Swordmasters have 117Avo. Even if you give the Eirika Engrave (+40Hit) on your tomahawk+5, use her as a Hero (which is the class with her highest hitrate with axes) and have Max stats (no shot of having that, but let's pretend it for the sake of argument) you are are sitting on 201Hit, which is Panettes maximum hit. That concludes into a 84% hit rate. But now that you used Eirika Engrave, you severely cut down Panettes crit rate, to 40 on full power wrath+her ability. Next issue are Generals and Great Knights which have 55Def and 51 respectively. Panette has a base stat bonus of +3 to strength. So she is sitting at 48+19 from Tomahawk+5 =67 phy str Even with a crit you are dealing 36 and 52 dmg respectively which is far from a ko. Griffin rider are yet again another issue since they have 116Avo, which results into a hit rate of 85%. Even if you hit, a crit is less than guaranteed thanks to Eirikas Engrave. If you use another Engrave and switch to Hand Axe+5 you cut down on 21dmg per crit, which all of the sudden kills nothing lmao It is not a topic to argue it is a matter of facts

It works with the killer axe but not with the tomahawk

@Goose Killer Axe+5 has 5 less accuracy than Tomahawk+5, in addition to that you are losing against every ranged units. Spear, Tomahawk, Dagger, Bows and Magic -in particular Elthunder- are everywhere. And against the 1 ranged units (swordmasters and Griffin rider) you want to counter, you have 79 and 80 hitrate respectively If you want to make it work I recommend to equip Camillas or Marths Emblem to get to 45-46spd, so that you don't get doubled anymore and use bonded shield. She can at least be good supportive unit who takes 1-3 enemies with her but far from a solo unit. Her flaws are too big for that.

skirmish are easy, trails lvl 50 are hard , she has horrible hit rate , you can have high crit but if you have low hit rate it wont matter
