A work of a lifetime, well done! Ironically, the whole run is about as long as an average chapter of a Let's Play with battle animations on. Poor Lalum didn't get to live long after her only level-up :( Have you thought about how long a HM speedrun would take? Seems Thany would be both too poor in terms of bases and inadequate with her caps to fit the bill for soloing.

When you move the characters theres the moving thing then a sudden change of direction whats it for?

The combat and level RNG use the same seeding as the movement arrow's graphic, thus, arrowdancing at the edge of a mounted unit's range is one of the easiest and fastest ways to manipulate RNG

Binding Blade (FE6) came out first, Blazing Sword/Blade (FE7) later - it's a prequel. A bit weird, but that's how it is.

It's the easiest and plus gaiden chapters are add extra time So instead of a normal speedrun it would be a %any%

if you use pre promotes then you dont have half of the exp you would have if you used real units

Dude you didn't actually beat the game. In order to beat FE6, you need to unlock all the gaiden chapters and have all the sacred weapons in your holdings before chapter 22. Because there are 3 chapters after 22 if you have all those weapons. Since you didn't, it's not a true speedrun and you didn't truly beat the game.

Pussy! I expected all alive units and gaiden chapters unlocked TAS. Even though it took me a 1 and 1/2 month to finish the game with those conditions, I was still able to finish it 100% without the RNG glitch and only used the Arena savestate abuse.

You do realize there are speedrun categories? This would be a TAS Any % run.
