how would you even make an anime of Three Houses without angering the players? You have 4 routes. Black Eagles, Golden Deer, Blue Lions, and Silver Snow (church route). Each of them have their own story with fans saying that they are the best route. Which route would the anime take to please fans? Unless you go a secret 5th route, there is no route that an anime of Three Houses could take that could please everyone, and even the secret 5th route would cause plenty of anger. Also... Byleth is a silent protagonist that is required to push one side over the edge during the war phase. They can't be a silent protagonist if they make an anime of Three Houses.
