Arete, the former queen of Valla, is my older sister") They could be married doesn't disprove it at all, do you not know it was common practice among the royalties in both Europe and Japan? In Awakening, Lucina could marry Owain in the original version, but NoA changed the translation to companions.

MZX Omega Any map with a lot of any enemy officers I presume. You get support points every time you take one of them out while paired up. Bonus points if you can happen upon side missions that increase support between your character and the one you want to build support with and if you’re a healer, drop your pair-up unit (or solo unit in which case no need to drop them) and heal them every time they get a scratch.
