i don't think so, chrom (in this game) said at one point that the war is over. there are 4 wars in awakening, the war between ylisse and plegia prior to the game events, the second plegian war (chapter 1 to 11), the valmese war (chapter 12 to 20) and the grimleal war (chapter 21 to endgame). If he's referring to the 1st plegian war, this game could happen before emmeryn's death like you said, but then as i said earlier cordelia knowing robin wouldn't make sense. If he's talking about any of the 3 other wars, chrom and robin would have recognized validar and lucina. So warriors doesn't really happen in fire emblem timeline, since the game isn't cannon, same goes for hyrule warriors.

Robin dreams about Chrom, and considers it a nightmare. Robin just ruined all the Robin x Chrom fans dreams. He also wants to sleep in the presence of Tiki, telling her she keeps his nightmares away, and she agrees. This confirms Robin x Tiki is canon.
