Most of the air ambulance doctor cars have a rumbler siren

It's an increasing trend to use Whelen's Howler siren here, similar to Federal Signal's Rumbler. Like 999 Response Wales said, air ambulance doctors tend to use them. They're very rare on UK fire appliances.
