I've looked at some of those Primus sets. They're awesome for being such a small kit, and that lantern is a lot better than the mini Coleman one i saved from the trash, but cant compare the light until i find a globe and manyle for it. That coffee looked as black as the night sky 😂 Glad you made it thru the week, and I'll be waiting to see what trouble you can stir up this weekend

There's SUPERMAN incarnated! What an entry!! LOL I' would had thought you were already filled with coffee and all its residual energy! LOL The first thing that comes to mind with seeing that stove and lantern, is "How amazing cute is that!" lol I don't ever remember seeing a mantle being used on a lantern upside down...amazing!! You really do have the masters touch in finding yourself some pretty amazing stuff! Love it and so appreciate your enthusiasm in sharing your discoveries!!

Nice set Steve. The stove heats water fast and the light puts out a lot of light. Like you say, the light needs a handle or bail. Stay strong and God Bless. Put less coffee in the percolator so it’s weaker.

​@doinsngoins camping moon makes adapters that would let you run a lantern or another stove in top of the canister while also running another device on a remote stand. I'll find a link. It's on my short list. I've always been a liquid fuel guy, but I've started playing with some of these little stoves and lanterns lately too.
