What type of plasma cutter are you using on this video? Nice work!

Badass work and video, Brother are you making these to order or you just make them and sell as you can, I am going to mix in some small iron work and gates and stuff to supplement my business and I was just curious also the cost of metal is crazy so what's the best way to make sure your recouping and making profits.

Not criticizing, just asking, because I don’t know. When building the sides, could you use a length of plate, then score, and bend the plate to reduce welding.

With thinner stuff you can, but if it’s over 10 gauge then it’s going to end up being more work

Do you use 030 MiG wire on everything you build
@AllensweldingwoodworkingАй бұрын
I mostly use .035 but I prefer .030 on thinner stuff

Im surprised you haven't made a tripod like 4 ft tall with a chain and a clamp at the end of the chain that way the piece that's falls to the ground would not hit the floor
@johnhagerty79982 ай бұрын
Do you still like HTP welders , I see you use other plasma machines not HTP
@Allensweldingwoodworking2 ай бұрын
I still use the HTP welder all the time, the HTP plasma broke down again though

Allen, your videos re a joy to watch. You're so smooth with a torch and gun. Hoping I can get half that good. How about a video explaining how you got into doing this work from the beginning, and how it's evolved? Again, great work, and thank you for sharing!
