Fire safety in high-rise buildings

In every building there should be water hose pipe of 3 cm to 10 cm dia fitted on every floor connected to the building overhead tanks. Just like that in film de dana dan. When there evolves any fire on any floor, it can be easily extinguised by opening the tap of that floor and using layed down the water supply to fire area.
