It Must be centered in the wall. the sticker indicates with dashed lines. Angle must be mechanicaly fastened to the damper on both sides of the finished wall around the perimeter of the opening and one side of the connecting ductwork must be a breakaway connection, usually the unoccupied space.

Does it matter what way the air is flowing through it , or could it be flipped to the actuator would be on the other side of the wall
