I think your so skilled in your art! I tried a few of these and you make it look so easy, which is a testament to your practice! Stellar performance.

been watching your videos for research and I've loved it so much that I've decided to learn some basics. Not only does it look like it works your core but also keeps you limber. gonna get me a tennis ball, a roll of pennies and some soft rope!

That was truly amazing, as always. I have been enjoying your flows for quite some time and it's interesting to see you adding more complexity and variety. You've always been really good, but I can also tell that you're getting even better...and you still make it look effortless...only complaint is how short the flow videos are. I could watch something like this for hours. Keep it up, you're amazing!
@FlowMayhem4 жыл бұрын
hahah thanks!! yes I wish I could make them longer. I always feel like it's so anti-climactic to have the fire die down too much, so I usually cut it pretty early

beautiful video, I can't believe the leaping neck spin around .39, that is flat out amazing. Also thankyou so much for your tutorial series I've learned so much from you as you are very clear and break the moves down well.

I dig that hop-spin thing at 0:39! I need to start working on horizontal spins. I like how you maneuver horizontal spins with your neck. Keep that fire spinning! Btw,I sent a video for you to check out. Hope you like it!😊😊🔥🔥

I actually didn't! Thanks! I will try it! It is one of the moves that I see in almost every one of your performances but trying to learn it without the tutorial was a pain!
