WOW. This blew me away! I am at a loss for words right now but I will try. This is absolutely incredible! I have watched your videos for a REALLY long time and wished I could even barely do what you do. (Though I would never look even slightly as stunning doing it LMAO) Thank you so much for making this video. Thank you for reigniting my love for all things fire. This video has honestly given me the knowledge and courage to actually try this. Thank you so much for this amazing light you brought back to my life. It means the absolute world to me.

@@FlowMayhem I am so glad I could help you in any way considering what you've done for me just by making these videos! One of the MAJOR reasons I have followed you for so long (the second major reason being my love of the beauty of fire) is seeing how much passion and love you have for what you do. It literally shows in everything you post here. Thank you so much for sharing it and helping people like me find a way to love and share it with you too!

You inspired me to get into rope darts and I made my own homemade one using paracord, an old tie, and a bag of rice. Paracord is a pretty rough on the skin but I'm really liking it, so far I've got the basic neck spin and the thigh shot down. Hope I can get to a point where I can put all the moves into a sequence like you do!

you know, I bet this would look amazing with electricity/lightning. the rope would act like a Tesla coil and the lightning would shoot to the nearest point of contact if standing in a Faraday cage. the first problem I would see is insulating the user from the lightning. need S3 safety boots ad least, insulated gloves, and wearing absolutely no metal. another (probably bigger) problem would be generating enough power/electricity without the rope dart becoming too heavy and cumbersome... unless there are high capacity light weight battery, the power needs to be generated while performing. that means the Faraday cage needs to double as a static magnet while the rope dart is the coil to generate power, add a few capacitors... 🤔 hmm, barring any math, this might be doable, assuming enough current could be generated. sorry for rambling, the idea just got me thinking.

Well spinning fire with a proper rope dart is gonna be one of the coolest things man. I made a DIY rope dart from the first video you made ,with a dog toy, and honestly it works really well. It’s a dog bone so i guess it’s similar to a dagger. But i wanna try a lotus now 😂 after seeing that fire ball. After trying nearly all your tutorials, I’m very grateful, as most my journey I couldn’t have been able to do without your videos. Thank you so much 🙌

i'm curious have you experienced any health effects from working with fire and burning fumes so often? What fuel and materials do you use?

I would 100% recommend this to anyone going to buy their first rope dart, or even their second.

I made the mistake with getting a six pedal for my first dart. its so pretty and its a nice big flame, but its a bit more difficult to get used to.
@forgotMyUsername1009 ай бұрын
excellent run-down The 6-petal lotus is also my favorite, though the monkey fist is a good second for when I want a smaller flame for close-in work like wraps/cradles. The silk/cobra darts look cool & I use for daytime performance, but they're more expensive/delicate than my home-made bean-bag + mule-tape darts that I do most of my practice with.

How do you fuel the 6 petal since it is so big? Do you use a squeeze bottle or do you have a very wide opened jar?
@forgotMyUsername1004 ай бұрын
@@shannonwhitehouse9115 I use a 1-gallon paint can, which just barely fits the 6-petal but has a lid for safety.

Question. What precautions are recommended or necessary to prevent lighting either hair of clothes on fire when using fire dart?

Okay but what if you don’t want a fire rope, just a normal training rope? This video should be called “complete buyer’s guide to fire rope darts” or incorporate that somehow. I just want a normal rope dart man 😢
