Thanks for the video, been practicing staff spinning for years now and had to teach myself everything. wish i had videos like these at the beginning! very clear, and what i love the most is that you're keeping your videos simple, unlike a certain someone who praises his own video in the title lmao. anyway hoping for more of these videos and maybe some advanced stuff? that would be very much appreciated!

Nice tute! Have you tried doing it the other way, same direction around your body, but spinning the staff in the opposite direction. I usually refer to what your doing as negative spinning, but I'm curious if you do positive as well...
