See this is why I don’t like pros in a freestyle 1v1. It’s so hard to judge them because of the different play styles. Fire’s crazy ground pinches, pogo, and stings vs one of the most consistent pros in the air. There’s no way to judge it fairly

A man that literally pulls off almost every shot each time with a decent level of difficulty and above all else, an incredibly fast pace of play with each shot, and he loses to a ground pinch lol. Mechanically not that difficult- heck, people in gold, plat and diamond who screw up air dribbles turn it into ground pinches. Yeah, it was a sick speed, but he tried it 900 times, and considering his prep for each ground pinch was literally identical every time, I'd argue it's not even that much of a freestyle at all. The shot right after his supersonic ground pinch was far more impressive in my opinion, but nothing compared to the sheer consistency of high level difficulty that Ahmed did at the speed in which he played. It's extremely difficult to vote something like this. Comp main vs Freestyler main. IMO, Comp got an easy win. Regardless of my opinion, fantastic set as always! KEEP ON GIVING US THESE JUICY GAMES! Ahmad didn't deserve a win based off constant ceilling shots and resets, literally anyone above champ should be able to reset, you know, maybe if he did doubles and triples, he coulda won but he wasn't consistent on doubles so he couldn't use those to his advantage, while fire is more consistent on resets, pinches, and basic freestyles, he didn't show much than what he's best at but he did do it consistent and that's what made him win. Theres people bias to both but i personally think ahmad couldn't win unless he showed creativity but fire didn't please MK as much, while ahmad pleased both jzr and MK, aka with Ahmad's fast rebound/double taps.

I think fire won because he showed the definition of freestyle, he was creative and did stuff that was new and crazy. While Ahmad on the other hand did flip reset on top of flip reset with ur occasional musty or pinch attempt, don’t get me wrong, I can’t flip reset and I suck at mustys but what I’m saying is that fire was more creative and innovative with his shot
