I was surprised at how many times I lost to Dampener. Normally I don't have too much of a hard time verses Elemental's but he gave me a run for my money. He did win more of the duels over all, but I was stupid and recorded with a jam packed folder so a lot of the footage got corrupted. In return, I will go over them more in depth in the duel guide version of this video. Don't let the video fool you. This shaman survived and was able to flip the duel in many different situations.

Hope you enjoy the duels I had with the current highest rated Elemental Shaman. He ended up beating me more than I won, and in my opinion he is an amazing player. The two wins that you see are the best wins that I got out of them all, so please don't think that the duels went down like that all the time. Some of the footage I recorded got corrupted so I wasn't able to add everything but I will go more in depth in the guide version.

Hey Hansol, I just wanted to say that I've played wow for a collective 3 or so weeks now and I started a fire mage a few days ago, at whom I'm absolutely wretched with, but your videos are extremely helpful. The one thing I would ask, though, if you could make a video where you explain all of the fire mage's abilities and when to use them, which ones to use, etc. I generally find myself not knowing what to do during the times that my abilities are on CD from your bursts. Regardless, thank you so much for providing such high quality material completely free. I can't describe how great it is that you've done all of this. Keep it up sir.

I don't know Hansol, I'm not sure if you're trying to make youtube a career or not. It kills me that people like Swifty have so many subs, and so much support, but put out shit compared to the content you create. It's fun, informative, and at a level no other mage is at...I don't even play a mage and I love Hansol vids...you should be in Swifty's places, youtube isn't fair :]

His current content may not be the best, but he definitely went ham. People need to give him a break though as he is getting older and is running lower on creative juices. It's bound to happen. Alter time a little bit earlier, generally you have great and intense duel. I found you just learned a new trick which is used in Chinese server long time ago. Stand close enough to cast sheep+nova, effect incapable+freeze

Hunters are extremely hard. Realistically you shouldn't beat one but I can give you some tips in a future video.

Because Fire only has burst during deep. I try to reset so I can let the cool down on deep reset so I can burst again. If we are just battling without my deep, I am bound to die before he does.

I mostly agree, ele is sick in 3s, because of its utility and sustained dmg...but 1v1 they feel very weak, against my monk and my hunter.

That is how u have to play to kick ass it's also a good strategy to do if u are good enough to spam poly and not break it even when panicking. Plus, elementals have a crazy burst if u don't stop them.
