I successfully connected the app to firebase but after I click the register, the application is loading forever, can you help me fix this issue, the data is also not inserted to firebase.

After clicking register, the progressbar is loading forever. I have to force close the app. Data isn't insert on the FIrebase. I replace the Activity with fragment instead for practice reasons
