Indeed, the problem was on the side of the Power Supply so I identify the faulty parts and proceed to replace them, woops.

my RME fireface 400 surface circut bottom become blackish by heat probably can it be repaied? RME all parts are available?

If the casing is blacked out by heat, I would highly recommend you check for power supply issue. Not sure there are replacement board for it but if you find the faulty parts or notice suspicious capacitor, it's a good idea to replace them.
