Firefighters investigating cause of boat fires

The fire broke out on board one of the vessels moored at the marina on McCarrs Point Road around 5am, 10 Aug 2023. Flames spread from one boat to two others nearby. Six FRNSW trucks and 22 firefighters arrived at the scene and crews managed to prevent the fire spreading to at least 20 other vessels.
