@@NSS93 EMS = Emergency Medical Service. In North America atleast (Mainly Canada and the United States) the fire department also responds to medical calls to assist the paramedics. Sometimes, in very serious cases they drive the ambulance to the hospital so all the paramedics can be in the back of the ambulance.

I wouldn't recommend this game on console being that they basically abandoned this on PC until right before the console release they do some mission updates which I guess to make it feel more like a complete game for the console release. Yet it still has a bunch of bugs and glitches and horrible AI. Same goes for police simulator it's a decent game if you have nothing else to do and they're still working on it but it's more of a parking meter cop sim than an actual police sim.
