It's crazy how glamoth was literally bioengineering and mass producing living weapons via clone technology and yet was still always fighting an uphill battle because of just how fast the swarm reproduces imagine having damn near infinite soldiers just being limited by how quickly you can make them and still being outnumbered like 10000:1

I like how there’s essentially an implication that if you defect from your purpose as an iron calvary the suit can just kill you. So every time firefly dons the suit she’s basically fighting over her life with Sam.

if i had a dollar for every hsr character that has had a sailor moon transformation, i’d have 2 dollars. which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice

The first one is Bronya Zaychik, Every major character in _Honkai Impact 3rd_ has had at least one transformation sequence.

For those unfamiliar, Firefly has strong parallels with Kiana Kaslana, one of the Main Trio from _Honkai Impact 3rd_ : - both present themselves as energetic airheads, yet are driven in some way by the suffering they have endured and witnessed - both are test tube clones who were born for someone else's purpose, yet strove to claim their own - both struggle against an inner persona, as well as a corrupting force that could kill them - both use Fire and swords at one time or another - both have transformation sequences - both are willing to sacrifice themselves for those who are precious to them - both are adorkable Also, the sprouting of a tree is similar to one of the abilities _Abyss Flower_ , one of the Divine Key weapons is known to have, and the one Durandal used to save Kiana after she exhausted herself in _Meteoric Salvation_ . _Abyss Flower_ was the Divine Key given to Elysia in the Previous Era, but she returned it because she said it wasn't cute enough. It was later used by members of House Schariac, including Kiana's mother, and then Durandal. _Abyss Flower_ was made with the Core of the Herrscher of Death from the Previous Era, and Kiana was implanted with the Cores from the Herrscher of the Void from the Current Era, which includes the Core of Death. _Abyss Flower_ itself is referenced in some of Luocha's Talents, and he's a version of Otto Apocalypse, the man who created the clone who became Kiana, as well as setting up Durandal to become his most powerful Valkyrie. This is why we don't trust Luocha. As for Firefly's sickness, if Kiana is unable to help cure it then Welt Yang could: he understands the human body well enough to have used _Rebuild_ on his to return from death at least twice.

Technically he doesn’t understand his body, but instead guesstimated the factors using the 100,000 souls stored in the Core of Reason. Although, with the Core of Reason purified into “Truth”, he should be able to use Rebuild on living entities. Fun fact: Abyss Flower is unable to cure Firefly. Abyss Flower uses the target’s genetic makeup to guide the restoration, so with Firefly’s illness being pre-installed, Abyss Flower could only alleviate the sympthoms.

2:45 My favorite moment. She's in awe, in shock. She's not even a firm believer and she joins in on the pledge because what else can you do when your comrade goes completely and utterly last stand on an insane behemouth of...bad. The whole situation is primal, and her reaction to the sheer heaviness of it all is to react with what is at the core of her existence; and for her it's being a Glamoth Knight, for better or worse. Going through something like that is bound to give you a flash of insanity in the moment. Love that she looses it like that. Perfect absolute cinema moment.

I finally started playing after I saw Firefly's short because I have seen so much HSR content (mainly through Koomaxx lol) that I needed to join the fun 😂

We’ve made our choice. All that’s left is to live by that.” Well… Firefly made her choice. She isn’t going to go down until she has to. She might not have that long to live, but she is going to make new friends, kill new foes and experience new adventures. She might have lost her homeland, her brothers and sisters, and she never really had friends before… but when she finally burns down brightly, she will have others with her to leave shadows on the wall of time.

Loved the video @Koomaxx! Can't wait for the next video Girl! Firefly is so cute, and yet she's been through all of this! The Cryogenic Tube, the Training and even being the Sole Survivor of her own Planet Glamoth. Speaking of which, If you take the First 3 Letters away from Glamoth, you'll just have Moth which explains why Firefly is always talking about Flames.... Because Moths are Lethally Attracted to Flames. I think the Best Comparisons in Popular Culture for Glamoth and Firefly are the Grand Army of the Republic and the Clone Troopers from Star Wars and the Death Korps of Krieg Units of the Imperium of Mankind's Imperial Guard from Warhammer 40K. They were Created to be Expendable by Fighting Wars or at least Campaign's that were Known to not have any Survivors at all. I still love Firefly Myself, and will gladly make the Preparation's for her and Caelus' Big Day LMAO! Let me know what you think about this and I'll catch you in your next video Girl!
