Thanks for this video. Today 1/27, three major fires - Palisades 95% contained, Eaton Fire 99%, and Hughes Fire 98%. Rains have been a blessing. I saw mud slide warnings, but have not seen any stories on that yet. That is what happened in San Diego with our major fires two decades ago - massive fire, and then rains and mud slides. Also in our state, when things settle down, when the winds come back, that ash and crud gets all over the homes again. IAQ, duct cleaning, and air scrubbers/filters big sellers. Large regions will need cleaning. I have not been seeing many people wearing masks in the region, and I know the stigma of that due to the pandemic, but that airborne dust is nasty stuff. In our region we offered smoke odor deodorizing (an extra soak in rug washing) at no additional charge for our clients - to just offer them basic washing of rugs pricing. And free storage for a few months as well.
