I put a strip of pretty duct tape on the top of my blade. Nail polish works, too. If you tend to grab without working, this works to avoid the Dr. Such a waste of crafting time.

Ok, I am very new to polymer clay and was actually considering not even getting in to it because of other videos I watched where the “instructors” seemed to take joy in intimidating the viewer as much as possible by making it seem as though there is so much more to screw up and the frustration factor is endless so why bother?! AND THEN....I discover Christi and Fire Mountain Gems and Beads!! I cannot wait to watch more videos and get some books and give this a try!
