Firepower II Pinball machine from Williams in action - the underrated sequel

Greetings from germany! When I first met this Pinball on location around 1985, on the one hand it was cool, but on the other hand I somehow got bored with the gameplay of Firepower II relatively quickly. Overall, it's a beautifully designed pinball machine, but in terms of playfulness it just doesn't come close to the original from 1980. The multiball on the Firepower II has been programmed so that it can be achieved relatively easily. It's a multi-ball game with 2 balls and if you're good at pinball, you can hold both balls for a relatively long time. It's a good thing that they gave this pinball machine a 7-digit display, because that's how the points are reflected after endless games. I think this is a super cool machine for the beginners. For the advanced players it is fun if you play Fireball II only from time to time. BUT: this model is very rarely seen now that we have 2024.
