It is not advisable to use the physical appliance as the migration box. You need to use the a VM FMC as your migration box

I guess this is a new tech, the glass is mirrored. and integrated with the video of the speaker.

No. It's clear by looking at the Cisco logo on his shirt. You'll notice it's written backwards. The video is mirrored in post which flips the text back into readable text. If you watched the raw footage you'd obviously see all the writing mirrored since the observer is on the opposing side of the glass he's writing on.

How migrate licenses??

The migration tool does not migrate license information. because ASA devices require different licenses than FTD devices.
