What makes you decide to release remasters? Is it when you need a break from having to create new songs every time and are starting to feel burned out? Is it when you're listening to your old music and something catches your ear and you can't shake it? Or do you have a list of ones you want to update that you're working your way through over time? And how do you choose which songs to do? So many of your original versions sound so perfect to me already, but I'm sure an exceptional musician like yourself spots all sorts of things in tracks after they release that you'd love to tweak.

This has always been one of my favorite parts of this song and I'm glad I'm not the only one hearing it like that. "Should the fires fade? Should the cinders dim?" It starts out like the singer's terrified of the very concept, but as it repeats it starts to sound like a genuine question.

We this is a nice surprise this morning! This is the earliest I have watched a new Miracle of Sound song, only 41 minutes after it came out. I am glad that Miracle of Sound is still doing well after being around for over 12 years. I remember the first few songs I listened to back in 2013 were: Gordon Freeman Saved my Life, No One is better than Commander Shepard and original version of Take Earth 🌎 Back. 😊

Miracle of Sound is still around, doing well, and with the upcoming tour I'd argue better than ever. I'm wildly hyped to see what venues he's going to other than the one announced. Fantastic remaster of a fantastic original song! To paraphrase a comment I made on the original, I absolutely love the repeated lyric of "Should the fires fade, should the cinders dim". It can be read as either a warning (Should the fires fade, the world is doomed) or as a genuine question (Should the fires fade?). Its super clever, as these two readings apply to each side of DS3's main conflict/question of if the Age of Fire should be prolonged once again (Side note, but I still have absolutely no clue what some people were thinking when they said this song "didn't fit the tone of Dark Souls". It's like the only thing they took away from the series was that things are bad, whilst completely ignoring how each of the games follow a random, unremarkable person who endures defeat after defeat, yet never gives up and eventually changes the fate of the entire world)
