Deion is a program builder/ ceo type coach and not X’s and O’s. Thats why he has NFL experienced coordinator’s on his staff. I think he stays in college as he has more power to build the program to his liking…. And he’s been doing great at it in boulder. Some coaches are just meant to be college coaches like saban and urban Meyer.

If u draft Shedeur Giants must have good offensive line depth. He just isn't a good passer when pocket collapses because his arm talent is much weaker than Mahomes. Still I would take the chance on a young smart QB but Giants must have good offensive line play or Shedeur will never reach his potential.

About the coaches contracts. Pat Shermur and Joe Judge were both signed to five year deals.Shurmur ‘s contract came off the books after the 2022 season. Judges contract comes off the books after this season. Technically, they are not paying Shurmur right now, nor will they be paying judge after this season.

I prefer Ward. From what I’ve watched Ward has a better arm, better footwork, better athlete scrambling wise. Can throw on the run and change arm angles. Better NFL build body type wise also. Honestly, I would trade down. The Las Vegas Raiders seem like they really want Shedeur Sanders. And, besides, this QB draft class is mid. Trade down with the Raiders, draft Ashton Jeanty, running back from Boise State, get an extra first round pick for 2026 when Arch Manning is in the draft, and, depending on how bad both you and the Raiders are, you could have 2 really high draft picks in 2026.
