At the end of the day, the best case scenario is to bring in a new GM and coach to run this team but Daboll will take the fall, I imagine, and Joey Bag a Donuts will stay.

I think on top of all of this you have to look at talent that was let go. Now, I don't think Barkley would've improved this dumpster fire much but look at McKinney, Bredeson and others that have gone elsewhere and become more than competent starters. That is a coaching issue where you are not designing schemes to your players' strengths.
