The Shop is mentioned in the Langoliers by one of the passenges as being responsible for their predicament. The Shop shows up in the end of The Tommyknockers to clean up the town, quorentining the remaining townspeople & taking possession of the devicez.

I just finished reading Firestarter for the first time last week. And once again, you've nailed it! I'm reading (or re-reading) King's works in order and wasn't excited about Firestarter, but it's actually pretty good! I liked Andy and Charlie. Interesting villains, too. My favorites so far are "Salem's Lot" and the short stories collection "Night Shift". Up next is "Road Work".

Awesome review. I always thought this was 1 of SK's underrated books. Had a question....are you in the near future gonna review John Carpenter's The Thing? That's one of my favorite horror films and I think you'd do a great job analyzing and interpreting the themes of that movie.
