Hi, I've got this exact same alarm trigger. A delivery person has activated it thinking it was a light switch????? The black stick doesn't reset it and I think I need to take the front off to move the button out again. Do you have any instructions for this?

When you press the glass what do you feel in your hand? I mean will your thumb hurt for some time after breaking the glass.

Daniel you don't break the glass, its a button behind the glass to make it a bit harder to activite the alarm to avoide false alarm or hitting the button by mistake. so you need to press just a bit harder that's all.
