Remarkably exactly the same history and rituals performed as in Bulgaria, by the Nestinari; two places, same story. May the Fire Ritual bring its light and warmth over our nations and protect our families. Greetings from Bulgaria !

only in 5 villages in greece anastenaria happend one of them is my village Meliki Imathias. anastenaria it's not just a part of religion for some people it's lifestyle. there are legends and fairytales about them. i watch anastenaria every year and every time it's different... you have strange feelings and the sound of "lyra" is amazing... greetings from greece
@Greekfolkmusic113 жыл бұрын
Also I have to add that the most impressive here is not the fact that they run on fire, but the fact that this ancient Greek tradition have survived until nowadays, and also that the musical instruments such us "lyra" have survived since ancient Greece... And believe me, this is only one tradition which derives from Ancient Greece... we have so many you don't know.... Greek traditions have no end...

If this is how you feel, love him. Be gentle, kind and respectful to the man. It is the life of God that was breathed into our common ancestor, in the Biblical allegory. It was a teaching tale, with beautifully constructed symbolism. We are all One Life, sharing the life, the Consciousness, of God. Be kind.

This is a beautiful ritual to witness. The priest denounces it as "pagan", which to me is exactly what makes it a great ritual: Yet another one of the many vestiges of our ancient Indo-European traditions that survived in spite of Christianization. This festival in particular is uniquely Thracian, going back to ancient times despite the modern use of Christian icons. I would encourage everyone, no matter where they are from, to look deep within their own ancient ancestral traditions, before the Abrahamic traditions eradicated or otherwise appropriated those indigenous traditions. I would also say, in the Greeks' favor, that the use of the lyre represents a proof of continuity between modern and ancient Greek peoples, whether Thracians, Macedonians, or those of central and southern Greece.

Everyone can go into trance. All of us do it in early childhood. Be happy.

To be plain, the fire is Consciousness, the firewalkers are Consciousness. When they converge in the heady space of cognition, it happens. Fire does not burn fire. Consciousness does not burn Consciousness. And this is You; and the miracles you see work same way. Best wishes. Your high inner nature was recognizable despite your temporary nonsense, hence i began communicating.
@nityanandi12 жыл бұрын
You and i are thinking together. I thought of you today. All you have to do is wet your feet and try walking on coals hot enough to melt aluminum. Nice we're on the same lines of thought. If wetting one's feet were enough, no firewalker would be burned, but in fact there are frequent terrible burns, quite unavoidable by any physical expedient.

This i didn't know, only having exposure to genuine instances and the astonishment, gratification, joy and love of the participants, for many of whom it is a direct introduction to their own divinity and that of everything, Redskin. If you want to go deeper into this, my Facebook Wall is public, and the name i was forced to use (having only the one legal name, Nityanandi) is Nityananda Nityanandi. Glad with the discovery of how you really are.

I agree with you - this is getting to be more than a little annoying... not being able to view/clear clips from the subscriptions field is stupid in the extreme. I tried suggesting that they have two accounts - one for US Only posts, but no response and no real suprise at the lack of response either...

Friend, "psyching them out" can be acknowledged, as the work is cognitive. Everything is Consciousness, existing through the stepdown commutators of energy, space-time-mass. "Wet feet" is no explanation. Accurate speech honors your own comprehension of matters.

I have walked, danced, and picked up glowing hot coals at ceremony. I am an amateur scientist and avid follower of quantum physics. I am quite certain that humans are capable of generating more energy in our mind, body, and soul than any coals.

notice he also wipes his feet on the gras repeatedly, this would create a barrier between his feet and the coals, green grass will barely burn.

the only reason he didn't feel any pain is one the candle they were burning in some way got them high ( just kidding) But my main point for them not feeling any pain is that they were running across the coals and not walking therefore there was minimal contact to transfer heat to their feet
@nityanandi12 жыл бұрын
Accustomed to miracles by direct experience, i won't be doing that, but did chase up "conceptual physics". Only observe your different experiences of night and sleep. Only relax. Be comfortable. Let things be what they are. You may realize things you have always realized.

Just Google for more information on firewalking, if conditions are right, you can do it too....... and that is not the point of it, it is the beliefs behind it, you guys focus on the firewalking, it is not about that !!!!

It *is* silly. The real explanation is that wood is a poor conductor of heat. You really don't even have to run. As long as you keep moving, you're not going to get burned.

Thracians (a racial term), Macedonians (a political term, de facto Macedonian Thracians like the Paeonians), Moesians, S(k)lavens/ Slovens and Bulgars/ Bolgars/ Bugari/ Bogari (including the Bulgars from beyond the Danube, who are wrongly called tataro-mongols but are de facto Thracians who had left the Balkans, some of whom could have been to Asia among the Iranian peoples, for example - with Alex the Great or ISKAN-DAR in Bulgarian) are more or less the same people.

Thracians (racial term), Macedonians (de facto, Macedonian Thracians as the Paeonians), Moesians, S(k)lavens/ Slovens and Bulgars/ Bolgars/ Bugari/ Bogari are more or less the same people. The Bulgars from Beyond the Danube are Thracians who had left the Balkans, some of whom might have been among the Iranian peoples & thus we have Iranian words, who are coming back Home. The S(k)lavic language evolved from Thracians. Russian is de facto Church Slavonic Old Bulgarian Modified Thracian.

Nonsense, and no evidence for your assertion. Among incidents attested in "Dancing in the Fire" (by Michael Sky), one man lay down flat on the glowing embers. He was bone dry; it happened spontaneously, and not a hair on his head was singed even slightly, nor the clothes, nor the rubber tips of crutches, etcetera. Why be hotly against it? Why offer lies to dispute it? WHY? What do you gain !? You're only reducing your own tremendous power.

Redskin, wonderful, but i was just saying Everything is Consciousness. It emanates realities, like superstring theory, as hyperspace: the basic energy and radiation-mass unit. Einstein said core geometry, active architecture of space, is "the thoughts of God". It is the quest of physicist & world-renowned mathematician, Edward Witten. Quantum physicist Niels Bohr said Buddha & q physics confronted same epistemological and ontological problems. All major quantumists were avowed mystics.
