fondled one at the local store, looks and feels amazing. wish there would be a 6'6" or 6"8" version i bet it would work great as a high performance Mid length :D

Wow a surfboard

Yep. It's a new one. As waves, oceans, laws of physics etc change, it is important to change board designs. Or, in most cases, revert back to a design from a few years ago

Thanks for the review. I know you say it really shines as a quad, but does it still surf well as a thruster? You said it's more "in the pocket surfing" with three fins. I'm more of a thruster guy so if I get it just want to know it will still performs well with that way. Thank you.

Hi. Which thruster set do you recommend me for the SBoss? I am 5´9" about 76 Kg. SBOSS: 5´9", vol.30.1L. Thanks.

Thx for the review. I tend to size my tomos lower volume30-32, but have gone up for the frk+ at 6’1”. They all work for me depending on the wave! Would you tend to size this more like a tomo- looks more planing hull than hpsb? Ta

Hi mate, Glad you liked it, I went a little bit more volume then my frk+ and it was bang on! I normally ride 32L and went up to the 33L in this due to the low rails on it! I hope this helps,

Amazing review man, i love that you ACTUALLY ride your boards before reviewing them. How would you compare it to the great white twin, specially regarding ease of ride and forgiveness ?
@dismol97075 ай бұрын
would love to know that too

how did you size it compare to your mashup or performance board?
@bowiepollardsurfboardrevie67575 ай бұрын
I was riding a 5’8 mashup and went to a 5’11 S boss, Felt pretty well on the money, It runs quite a low rail so abit more volume isn’t bad on it, It’s great step up from the mashup

How does it compare to the Tomo boards? - Omni, Revo
@bowiepollardsurfboardrevie67575 ай бұрын
I would say more of a forgiving shape, That will suit a lot of surfers, Some tomo boards aren’t for everyone, I do love my revo tho!

How does it compare to the dominator 2
@bowiepollardsurfboardrevie67575 ай бұрын
To be honest the dominator 2 is a great board, But the speed the S boss gets out of the hole for me I love it more then the dominator 2 to be honest!
@333cgs3335 ай бұрын
Same question. Will it hold more on steep waves? Because the dominator will definitely won’t hold.
@JoshSmith-ol5gn2 ай бұрын
Thanks for the review ! how do you think this would go in good 4 -5ft indo waves, would the speed start getting hard to manage ?

Surfboards have gotten to dam expensive.
@jimbokiwi93225 ай бұрын
Yeah but they last 3 times as long.

I buy used and just repair anything in my shop. It's very cheap to repair minor dings and such. 🤙
