Bonfire Night is almost upon us and while preparations are underway, there's a stark reminder of the potential risks and dangers. Ben McCabe was just four years old when he was struck by a lit firework, leaving him with horrific injuries. Now he and his family are warning others about what can happen when it goes badly wrong. Amy Dunsmuir's report contains upsetting images from the start.

That boy is still lucky to be alive but I do feel sorry for him. Fireworks are still as dangerous and not just humans who can experience injuries and burns but also animals as well.
