I live in a peripheral area in Brazil, South America. I've been studying english since I was a kid. I've always thought that the voice originally singing it wasn't really suited for the song and now that I listen to you sing I think yours just might suite it better due to the songs lyrics and over all theme behind it. The styles are different. Mike's is more a straightforward cover with an emphasis on recreating the original sounds of the original with his actual vocals, whereas Peter's arrangement is more musically complex, and while it follows the original song quite nicely, he does a lot more framing of the melody with almost a backup vocals style of arrangement mixed with the vocalise that he uses to emulate the accompinament. Both tracks are well done.
