100% agree with Kajwang. The are countries where as soon as one turns 18yo, they are expected to register as voters. When one becomes a citizen, on the day of the citizenship ceremony, the electoral commission officers add the new citizens on to the electoral roll on the very same day. Why can't it happen in Kenya? Get the ID and register as a voter on the very same day.
