Yes, I'm biased! Prof Mueller is absolutely beyond reproach.. He cares about truth and honest and doing it right the first time.. He taught us about ethics and how to ALWAYS maintain an ethical outlook, even when it's your family.. He would say, "The people you are investigating have family too! If you cannot understand how they feel and you can easily put someone else away but want more concerns for your own family, you need to leave my class NOW!" 4mths I learned from that man and either way it goes, whatever he finds I will 110% abide by because I'll know he did his job!

Imagine a situation where a sexual harassment complaint is made against a Sr. VP to HR. The CEO then tells the HR director that he hopes that the SVP is found innocent or otherwise have light consequences. The HR director continues to investigate the SVP and is fired with the President giving the investigation into the SVP as the reason. Doing so should rightly erode trust in the character of the CEO. This is a textbook abuse of power. A CEO of a company may under normal circumstances have the right to fire the HR director for any reason, but that does not release them from the possibility of criminal obstruction or abuse of power.
