comparing your and gophs run is like watching two athletes trying to one-up each other with minute differences in technique, really appreciate you guys uploading the runs again, a lot to learn :D I would say gophs way it a bit more chaotic, in the end and yours is a bit more methodical :) Also 50 tethers are a godsend for speedrunning xD

I'm glad to be back as well, though the break did me a lot of good! I did try to get that first place but considering how rusty we both were I think we did alright! Thanks for coming back even after such a long break!

1.0 newbie here. Seeing runs like this is incredible, and it's given me some inspiration on ways to go faster. Maybe some day I'll do these races, for now it's just awesome to watch!

Wow, I am also new with 1.0 and am just about done with the story. Reddit sent me to YT RACE videos for technique and holy crap am I amazed. First Race I saw was Goph, then dnleek, then you and I am still processing everything I have just seen. Hopefully I’ll be able to integrate all of this, or even some of it and get my shifts more profitable. I doubt I’ll ever be competitive in a RACE with y’all but it’s educational and inspiring to watch y’all.

Hey if you ever want to try out RACE, you're welcome to do so! Glad we could all help! :D

Watching this was phenomenal. I definitely learned a couple of tips and tricks especially with the demolition charges from watching this. Hopefully I can do my best and maybe see you on the leaderboard with the newest race!

Javelin tanker races make me feel safer when cutting around the fuel tanks. My butt still clenches a bit though

Wish you'd commentate what your plans and thought process was. Keep up the great work

I've done that a couple of times before (a looooong time ago) and I also wish I could do that for every RACE, but it's a huge time commitment. Right now I have various projects I'm working on, but hopefully I can make another one of those commentaries. In the meantime, I might suggest Goph's blind runs videos (kzbin.info) on which I'm often invited to comment. It's not a best run commentary but you might find some interesting tidbits in there. (What the hell am I doing shoveling my viewers towars the competition >.

Impressive. I noticed the Fuses are destroyed if you unplug the generator violently, and they cost a lot in v1.0 I wonder if it's not worth it to take the time to remove the fuses correctly now.
@Serilia2 жыл бұрын
Hi! So, normally it would be, however the fuses are currently (1.0) bugged in RACE and count as armadillo pieces, which can't be salvaged in this mode. Long story short, right now fuses are a waste of RACEing time

Just bought this game on Steam, haven't installed/played it yet . . . I'm gonna take my time and salvage stuff real careful-like.

You almost cracked your helmet and killed the run ._.

There are definitely some parts of the route that I like better than mine. Good fight.
