Been in Sydney for over 2 decades now and the same Commonwealth laws apply for Australia as compared to the UK, when it comes to International Students. I hope my young aspiring fellow Indian students abide by all laws whether it be Aus or the UK... especially when it comes to earning money or cover costs. I have seen numerous cases where students are working 40+ hrs/wk instead of the legally allowed 20hrs/wk and they forget that their prime duty was to Study.... not mint money while on student visa. Many have been deported back when there's a surprise Raid by Immigration officials and they get Blacklisted for future international travels. You guys are a young, energetic and a well informed lot. Sab kucch samay ke anusaar hoga. Give things time, make smart moves and logical choices... and most importantly, do not totally blend and get lost in the Indian community there. Try meeting new people from different nationalities and be in good terms with the international faculty at uni. You might just learn something interesting that'd shape your future!

These students are not discouraging others they are sharing real experience. I have moved to UK 20years ago and nothing has changed. It’s difficult to get a job if you don’t have previous experience or you know someone in the country who has good connections to help. Don’t waste your 50 lakhs INR.

I am living in UK from 24 years. I am providing Free guidance to many students. The chances of getting a job will be more if you have a basic knowledge of finance or accounting or good excel skills. If you have good 2-3 years of data analysis or other IT experience then the chances of getting a job is very high. Degrees like MBA in HR or marketing will have no scope . @@Delta2320 It will be very difficult to get a job to be honest. It is a very niche area and it is always difficult to find a job in such areas. Unless, you plan to do PhD and get into education side. It will be a costly degree.

Are yaar acca toh aap India se hi kar sakte the. Bcom karte hue bhi kar sakte the. Even Bcom ke baad bhi start karte toh bhi kuch papers mein exemptions milte. Fir 1-2 paper clear karne ke baad India mein acca walon ko uk outsourcing company mein job mil jaata hai yaar. Uk jakar masters karne ka sense nahi banta. India se acca karte karte job karo. Acca complete hua toh uk mein aram se jon milega. Upar se tab tak experience bhi ho jaaega.

Okay, if we're able to pay 1 year tuition fee+6 months of cash to survive+accommodation= 40-50lacs. Then why not do business in your own country. It's their fault,they couldn't manage one job in 2 months(maybe lack their knowledge or language proficiency problem). People are coming, managing and living here. I'm totally agree with you man. The people and the YTber Discouraging Uk Study aspirants, so they change their mind. I feel that, the YTber already said them what to answer. One of my friend is currently in the UK, he said all things will be managed here, he is currently earning £11.50 per hour, and also said that you will find a suitable accommodation you just have to wait for few days, but overall everything will be managed. So don't fall in those traps, just believe in yourself.
