14:08 my hot take is GBA is better on a 4:3 screen since you get to add the beautiful logo GAME BOY ADVANCE SP as an overlay. The overlay crops the screen to 3:2 and the sharp-shimmerless shader is so good that integer scaling doesn't matter If the screen was 3:2, there would be no need for the GAME BOY ADVANCE SP logo beneath the screen. It is more accurate to an actual SP by having the logo showing

the Miyoo Mini Plus actually also came in a retail box, completely different quality and styling that this one with the Flip though. tbh though since Miyoo started packaging their handhelds inside of protective hard cases they kinda don't really NEED to have a retail box anyways, its not like you are going to physically go out and buy them on a retail store lol

34xx H is SO quiet. 405v is also quiet. such a great pairing. Anbernic quality is next level, ergonomics. That’s more then enough reason for me to wait for a 34xx SP (34xx =3.4 inch)

Retro Game Corps’s doesn’t clicking while flipping a clamshell. IDK if it’s a bug of exact your device.

The Flip deserves more complements. I'm absolutely blown away by it. The XXSP, for me, was far too blocky and loud. I'm a huge Anbernic fan, but they really screwed up on the size and every button on the XXSP. The flip is near totally silent. The hinge on mine DOES NOT CLICK AT ALL. I'm totally confused why the one you have sounds like this. Weird. Does anyone else have a clicky hinge or silent? Maybe it's a different design?

Do you get any 8 way cardinal snapping on the joysticks like Abnernic? Makes it harder to play Mario 64 or aiming in Goldeneye. Is there good linearity in the sticks so you can walk slowly in Mario 64 or does it go to 100% right away?

Is there a way to do a hard reset on these devices? My Flip arrived today and within 1 hour the SD card died on me, seriously. I've got a spare card so I installed the firmware on that from the Miyoo site and I've transferred my own roms but no games are showing up. Theres a reset option within the settings but that doesn't do anything other than reset the actual settings.

I think the only truly good release from Miyoo was the Miyoo Mini Plus. I have two of them, that thing is a war tank durable, very nice screen, battery, buttons and feel. The original Miyoo Mini (don't know if the quality really improved with V4, some ppl say no), the garbage A30 (I had 3 A30 I just got tired and sold or gave them away), and now the Flip. We awaited for so long to get this crap.
