Thank you so much for those beginner tricks! I'm 41 and my son is 8. I bought hims a BMX this spring but he wasn't to thrilled to ride alone so I bought one for me too so we can ride and learn together. It'll be a challenge for both of us (lol!!) but your tricks will be perfect to start!

Im a 40 yr old dad with an 11 yr old son. My boy was getting into skateboarding and I just couldnt so I found an old Schwinn Predator and we started ride/skating almost everyday for the past 3 months. Im starting to feel the comfort that I needed to start thinking tricks. Its nice to hear of our similar situations. Im having a blast with him and I think he has developed a crush on the bike because he has been cheating on his skateboard a lot more often than he did when we started. hahaha

Very helpful can’t wait to try this. I have alway wanted to learn how to ride bmx and finally at 27 I have found the free time to start a hobby that I alway craved. Balance and the fear of falling hard keeps me away from doing the manual. after watching this I realize I need pegs to learn balance. Seems way safer then leaning back and accidentally going to far back lol. Thanks for the tips

I dislike riding with people who don’t tend to do anything. They drag me down, and I end up not doing anything. Also I’m trying to learn. I’m able to get my manuals here and there up to maybe 2-3 parking spaces, which is really good for me. Trying to learn to bunny hop up a small ledge then land into a manual. I wanna be a cool 40 year old on a bmx bike.
@Stardust_Lei9784 жыл бұрын
pretty solid video, though you seem to have confused rocket manuals with dork manuals. A rocket manual is gonna be on two pegs while a dork is only on one.

@jtzxcv7 жыл бұрын
D2daK87 Is the Casino any good or comparable to the Heist?
@D_2_da_K877 жыл бұрын
Icey24k it's okay however the heist has all sealed bearings and a full chromoly frame with many other chromoly bits. The casino does not.
@D_2_da_K877 жыл бұрын
Icey24k if you're starting out the casino will do you. However once you start nailing heavy tricks it might not be heavy duty enough. So if you're getting into bmx'ing and really plan on sticking with it then just pay the bit more and go for the heist. You should find a 2015 or 2016 model for about the same price as a 2017 / 2018 casino.
