This is a Swedish duo and they are sisters. They started as First Aid Kit in 2007 when they were 17 and 20 years old. They come from a music family and they've written songs since their early teenage. They did their first US tour in 2010. Their first real "mega hit" or when I learned who they were was with My Silver Lining (2014). Have seen them live once in 2015. They are very folk-pop-bluegrass IMO. I like them. But then I may be a bit biased as I'm Swedish. *lol*
